Q-How much commission will I earn on each sale?
For graduates of the eEarning program, you can earn commissions up to 40%
25% commission is paid when you have up to $300 in sales
30% commission is paid with $300-$499 in sales
35% commission is paid with $500-$1499 in sales
40% commission is paid when you reach over $1,500 in sales
Q- How do I buy product from my store?
A- You must register as a customer in your store. Therefore, you will need to set up a separate (customer account) including username & password as a customer. After you have registered, then you simply click on login to purchase products on a regular basis.
Q-What keeps my customer from going to another store or the “corporate/main store”?
A- When your customer logs in, they are automatically re-directed to your store, even if they didn’t get the URL right when they first came to the site. In the end, what creates a sale is the trust relationship that you maintain with your clients. Since you already have a relationship with the customer, they’ll want to support you and your store. There’s no incentive for them to seek out another random store owner with whom they don’t have any relationship. And, they won’t purchase products from the “corporate/main store” because your store prices are discounted 10%. This is another built-in incentive for the customer to stay with you.
Q- How often will I get paid?
A- MNS will pay you on the 10th of the following month. It will be sent to you via paper check.
Q- How can I and my clients save on shipping & handling costs?
A- You can purchase 4 units of product to get FREE shipping and handling. Also, MyNutritionStore.com offers free shipping specials with bundled products on a periodic basis.
Q- How does MyNutritionStore.com help me build my client base?
A- Prices on your site are discounted 10% off the prices on the home site. We also provide a “Find Wellness Pro” search tool for new consumers coming to the site to locate wellness professionals near them. If you’re a wellness professional, you can enter this data base and get referrals under the “Open Your Store” tab on the home page.
Q- Is this Multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing?
A- No. You are a store owner, a licensee of our content and research library and an authorized distributor of our proprietary products. All commissions stay with you since you have done the work and own the store. We pay high commissions directly to you!
Q- How can I customize my store?
A- You will be able to upload your photo and logo and have use of your own store name and URL. There is also an "About" page for you to post information, images and videos. You may also link to your other web sites (if desired).
You cannot adjust the prices or the product line and can not sell any other products in this store.
Q- How soon after I set up my store can I begin selling products?
A- As soon as you complete the registration process and submit your information, you can begin to promote your store and sell all the products.
Q- How can I increase my sales to my existing client base?
A- MyNutritionStore.com sends weekly marketing emails to consumers who have previously ordered from your store. Your store is clearly identified in the email as MyNutritionStore.com/YourStoreName. We provide links back to your store, so consumers land directly on your home page.
How It Works: We send a "MyNutritionStore.com/yourstorename" branded email with weekly specials and incentives to your clients. We will list your store name with a link back to your site so your clients can click on sales links and order from your store. You provide the list of client email addresses. We do not SPAM consumers, so please give us consumer emails that you have personally obtained through your business. We guarantee your list will not be used for any other marketing programs, sold, shared or used by any other company or store owner. Your list will be kept confidential on a secure server. We guarantee that all sales to your client list will be credited to your store.
Q- Can I review my sales and earnings in real time?
A- Yes. Simply log into your account and you can have up-to-the-minute details about all your store activities in your dashboard.
Q- Do I have to personally keep any products on hand?
A- All products are shipped direct to your customer. You do not have to keep any products in your possession. If you feel it could help facilitate a sale while you are consulting a client, you may choose to have items available that you recommend.
Q- Do you offer Wholesale opportunities for large volume purchases?
A- Yes. Please email us and we will discuss wholesale opportunities on a case by case basis.
Q- How can I endorse a product that I haven’t used?
A -You can earn a sample of each product by attending our eEarning training program (over a $500 value). You can get all the information you need under the “Products” tab in the website. Each page details the product benefits, the competitive advantages versus other products, the key ingredients and overall nutrition information. There’s also a link to the library where you can read clinical reports about the effectiveness of the key ingredients.
Of course, the best way to become truly knowledgeable about the products is to use them yourself. Nothing sells as well as the statement that “I use this everyday.”
Q- Do I have to sell every product offered?
A- You can be assured that every product in this line is safe and effective based on the claims that are written on the website and on the label. This is a high quality professional line packed with ingredients supported by clinical test results. They’re made to meet the latest proposed GMP standards for dietary supplements in facilities that are certified to meet FDA drug standards. In the end, you have to have confidence in what you’re offering. You should sell the items that you know will offer real health benefits. Q- Can I only offer certain products?
A- No. Each store website will carry the same products at the same price.
Q- Do I have to incorporate to open my store?
A- NO. Incorporation is not needed. However, there are potentially huge additional tax advantages for doing so. If you are interested in incorporating, please seek the advice of your accountant. You will receive an annual 1099 form, required by the government for all the earnings of your store.
Q- What if I don’t have a web site?
A - With your unique URL, you now have a website where you can promote the other services you offer! Our experience says that having another independent web site and promoting it properly, it will increase your MNS business considerably. We provide special logos and banners for you to link directly from your web site to your store on MyNutritionStore.com.
Q- Can I add another product to my store which I distribute for another company?
A- No. Only products made by MNS can be featured in your store.
Q- Can I sell any other products outside of my MNS store?
A- We do not require any exclusivity. You have the option to sell other products if you wish. Compare with commission rates of each. We’re sure that you’ll find MNS offers much higher commissions and a more seamless payment method than other nutritional supplement companies. Our business is totally turnkey, with no inventory to buy, no product to store or handle and no receivables to manage.
Q- How can I sell nutritional supplements if I’m not a doctor or dietitian?
A- People of all walks of life have extensive experience using nutraceuticals, vitamins, herbs and nutritional supplements. It makes sense that these knowledgeable people with real life experience in what actually works should be able to spread the health and wellness message; and make money doing it. Think about it this way, do you usually know a lot more than the non-qualified person behind the counter at a traditional brick-and-mortar nutrition store? Q- Do I receive a discount on products I order from my own store?
A- Yes. The discount will range from 25% - 40% based on the total volume of sales you’ve generated for the month. You’ll be buying at full price via credit card, while separately receiving your discount as part of your monthly commission payment.
Q- Can my customer decide to switch to another store if they’re not satisfied with my advice?
A- Yes. It’s important that you manage your customer relationships so this won’t happen.
Q- Am I an employee or a contractor of MNS?
A- No. You are a licensee of our content and research library and an authorized distributor of our proprietary products.
Q- Will I continue to get commissions if I am no longer actively selling the product?
A- Yes. Your commissions continue as long as there is one sale per store each month. If your sales fall to only 3 or 4 pieces a month (including the ones that you use personally), then you’ll be earning more than the monthly licensing and hosting fee required to maintain your store.
