Orders received by noon are generally shipped the same day, while all others are shipped the next day via UPS ground. Click here to see where your order is in the UPS system. You'll need your UPS tracking number that was e-mailed to your account the day the order was shipped.

Rush Order Status
If you paid extra money to have your order shipped Overnight via Federal Express, you can track your order directly via the Federal Express tracking system. You'll need your FedEx tracking number that was e-mailed to you the day the order was shipped.

Cancellations
Orders received by noon are shipped the same day. Call us at 888-712-3888 by 12 PM PST to cancel an order that has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped but you've changed your mind or made a mistake, then you can send the order back and you'll be given full credit for the original invoice. You will only receive credit if you return the order with our approved return authorization form which you can get by clicking here.

Returns
To return an item, you must ship it with our approved return authorization form or you will not be given credit. You can get this approval easily by simply clicking here.
(If logged in, this button directs customer to a questionnaire to select the order and item that they are returning.)
1. Select the Order/Line item to be returned button.
2. The system will ask a few simple questions.
i. Once the questions have been answered the system will assign an RMA number and return address.
1. Properly pack and address your items. The Return Authorization number MUST be visible on the outer shipping carton.
2. Send to the warehouse address on the Return Authorization Form. Returns sent to the corporate address without a Return Authorization will not be given credit.
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. My NutritionStore.com will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that you use UPS Ground or Parcel Post (insured) for your return.
4. Keep the Return Tracking Number to ensure that the package is returned to MNS.
Returns Policy
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the shipping costs for you to return the item if we've made a mistake (i.e. If we sent the wrong item or it was not received in acceptable condition, etc.).
Your account will automatically be given credit after we have received the item with our approved return authorization form included.

It may take 3-4 weeks to receive this credit because of the shipping and processing time at our warehouse. We will do everything possible to get you your refund in less time. Typically it takes 5-10 business days for us to receive the returned product from your carrier. Then it takes us 3-5 business days to process the return and confirm that it is back in our system. At that point, it takes another 3-5 business days to get approval for the transaction through the credit card approval process. We will do everything possible to make this happen more quickly. You will receive an e-mail to tell you when the return has been processed and your account has been given credit. If you have not received your refund within 4 weeks, please e-mail us for further assistance.
You will NOT receive credit unless your product is received at the warehouse with the correct return authorization form. If you are trying to return an item right now, click here to receive the return authorization form that MUST be included in the shipment.

We will do not reimburse shipping and handling fees for products that we shipped correctly as ordered. If you return any items from an order that received a shipping discount, the amount of that savings will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. If after reading this, you believe that the amount refunded was incorrect, please e-mail us.
